This policy explains what personal data SuperScalp collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Membership: your name, email, phone number, introducer (if any) and broker account number, so we can check your eligibility and send your access key.
• App use: your access key, login times and, if you turn them on, push-notification settings for your device.
• Feedback: the text and screenshot you choose to send, and whether you agreed to show it on our website.
• Trading contests: your MT5 login, server and read-only (investor) password, used only to read your account balance and results for the leaderboard. Investor passwords are deleted when the contest ends.

How we use it

To run the service: approve access, send keys and reminders, deliver signal alerts, show contest rankings and, with your consent, display feedback. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers for hosting, database, email and notifications. They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep membership data while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can turn notifications off on your device, withdraw feedback consent, or ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting us through our official channels.
