These terms apply when you use the SuperScalp website, member app and services. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SuperScalp provides XAUUSD trading signals, charts, an economic calendar, education videos and related tools for educational purposes. It does not place trades for you and does not hold your money.

2. Access keys

• Access is given through a personal access key for a set period (for example 5, 11 or 22 trading days).
• Your key is for you only. Sharing, reselling or publishing it, or the signals, may lead to the key being disabled without refund or extension.
• Membership access depends on a qualifying account and deposit with our partner broker, checked by our team before approval.

3. No advice, no guarantee

Signals and content are not financial advice. Results are not guaranteed. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

4. Contests and feedback

Trading contests follow the rules shown in the app for each contest; our decision on rankings and winners is final. Feedback you submit may be shown on our website only if you tick the consent box, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Signals pause when the market is closed.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
